This study covered policewomen with three (3) years and above in service in 4th congressional district of Pangasinan namely San Fabian, San Jacinto, Manaoag, Mangaldan and Dagupan City. The researchers chose the fourth district because the number of respondents not enough to determine the problems of the policewomen if only one municipality will be included in the study.
Policewomen with below 3 years in service were not included as respondent because their experiences and observations will not be sufficient to answer the questions about this study.

This study focused on the crime prevention programs of San Fabian Police Station during the year 2010 to 2015. It also includes the active participation of the Community in the said programs.

This study covers the driver of two-wheeled motorcycles only. Motorcycles passengers were not included in the study because they are not operations of the moving vehicle.

In order to make this study simple to understand, it is focus only on the advantages and disadvantages of the constructed pedestrian overpass in the three areas of Dagupan City. It includes the pedestrians' perception on using and disregarding it for their own safety. However, the design, the budget for its construction, the people behind its construction will not be included in this study because it is beyond the comprehension of this research.

In order to have a clear view of understanding, this study was focused only on gambling both legal and illegal that is being practiced in Pozorrubio, Pangasinan, the laws on anti-gambling being implemented and the reported cases of it. Also, municipal ordinances pertaining to the anti-gambling activities and the corresponding penalty/ punishment for it are included.
Bettors, reason for betting, operators of the gambling activities is not included because they are not the subject of study. On the other hand, the participation of some of the bettors is only the respondents of the study. Their reasons for betting are not included since it is irrelevant to the research.
An action taken against gambling, however, is included since a part of the study is on the implementation of the anti-gambling law.

The study will be focused on the awareness of the residents of Mangaldan to the Ordinance No.96-45 (Anti-Smoking Ordinance). It does not include the records of violations coming from the Philippines National Police or the Municipality Health Officer in Mangaldan such as the number of violations caught since it was implemented.

This study covered all the 6 policewomen of the different police stations in selected localities of Pangasinan namely, Mangaldan, San Fabian, San Jacinto, Manaoag, Laoac and Dagupan City Town of Mangaldan, San Fabian, San Jacinto, Manaoag, Laoac and the City of Dagupan in Pangasinan were chosen as the place of the study because the researchers live with the vicinity of these places and it is more practical and convenient on their part to conduct the research here. Other police station outside this district were not included due to their distance and to financial and time constraint.

The focus of this study is on the Barangay tanods of selected barangays in Mangaldan, Pangasinan, their training, experiences and capabilities in relation to crime prevention. It touches the activities of the Barangay tanods for crime prevention. However, salaries benefits their families are not included in this study because it has no significance to the research.

The study included the assessment of implementation of RA 10627. It focused and was limited to implement the RA 10627 as well the Guidance Counselor of Mangaldan National High School.

This study is primarily concerned with the factors affecting the delivery of services of programs of MSWD Branch. The study is limited to 50 juveniles at the said branch and 10 social workers why because they are the ones directly handling juvenile's cases.

This study will focused on the implementation of the Municipal Ordinance No. 96-45 (Anti-Smoking) in the Municipality of Mangaldan. Although it is limited on the implementation some other studies were conducted to understand the deeper reasons of continuous smoking in public places and public utility vehicle, the reasons of failure in its implementation. The awareness of the town people and the approached of the smoker on the ordinance are included in relation to the study.

The researcher focused the study on the awareness of personnel and High School Students of Metro-Dagupan Colleges during earthquake that would strike anytime. College students were excluded by the researcher as based on the subjects curricular activities of Metro Dagupan Colleges such as NSTP101 (National Service Training Program) and NSTP102 where the students are thought and trained in disaster preparedness as well as in different survival situation, After this course, college students will be absorbed by the NSRC (National Service Reserved Corps.) 1, 2, and 3. On this subjects the students will be enhance for more disaster preparedness in various categories i.e. Rescue, First Aid, Evacuation, Crowd control, Fire Fighting, which will be more useful in their daily lives and could be applied when they encounter such as disaster.

This study helps the law enforces, especially the PNP in the apprehension, crime control and crime solution. This study is made to know the effectiveness of Oplan Lambat-Sibat in the 4th District of Pangasinan which includes Dagupan City, Mangaldan, San Jacinto, San Fabian and Manaoag Police Stations. The residents of the said city and municipalities and police officers who are involved in the implementation of the said oplan were chosen as respondents of this study.
