The study focused on Selected Junior High School students only of MDC Productivity High School.

The study covered the activities need to be undertaken during the pre-operation; presentation of the business process work flow, vicinity map and shop lay-out; presentation of the offered services, marketing strategies, prices of the products, price comparison, SWOT analysis, target market and market share graph; presentation of the organizational chart, staff qualifications, job description, worker's recruitment procedures and training management policies, projected monthly salary, monthly SSS contributions, Philhealth contributions, 13th month pay and personnel plan; presentation of the financial aspects such as the pre-operational expenses, projected balance sheet, income statement, cost sales, cash flow, ratio analysis, schedule of sales revenue and net book value; and lastly, presentation the socio-economic aspects of the business. It does not include the supplier of the coffee mix to be used in the shop and process of making the products.

The study will be focused on the awareness of the residents of Mangaldan to the Ordinance No.96-45 (Anti-Smoking Ordinance). It does not include the records of violations coming from the Philippines National Police or the Municipality Health Officer in Mangaldan such as the number of violations caught since it was implemented.

The study include the Elementary teachers of Mangaldan I Central School only. It also include some sections of implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Anti-Bully .

This study included Barangay officials in Mangaldan. It also included the permission of Ordinance No. 20-2003 "Curfew Ordinance for Minors in Mangaldan". The study did not include Provision R.A. 7658 (An Act Probating the Employment of Children below 15 years of age.)

The researchers focused on the English Grammar Proficiency where frequency of errors was committed by the Grade Eight Metro Dagupan Colleges Science Based Productivity High School students and it did not focus on other academic subjects but only in the English subject.

Ang mga respondente sa pananaliksik na ito ay ang mga mag-aaral sa Metro-Dagupan Colleges na Ikasampung baitang na may bilang na umaabot sa dalawamput-apat (24). Sila ang aming napili bilang mga respondente sa pananaliksik na ito sapagkat bahagi ng kanilang pag-aaral ang asignaturang Filipino at dahil ito ang ikasampung baitang sa mataas na paaralan., lubusang makikita ang kahinaan at kagalingan ng mag-aaral sa asignaturang Filipino. Dahil sa napili nilang mga respondente sa nakuhang marka sa ikatlong markahaan ay hindi na sinama ng mananaliksik ang mga mag-aaral na hindi na pumapasok at bihirang pumasok.

Ang mga respondente sa pananaliksik na ito ay ang mga mag-aaral sa Metro Dagupan Colleges sa unang antas ng kolehiyo at may bilang silang umaabot sa apatnapu't walo (48). Sila ang napili na magiging respondente sa pananaliksik na ito sapagkat may sapat na silang kaalaman at may kaugnayan ang kanilang pinag-aaralan sa Idyomatikong pagpapahayag, upang makatulong din ang pananaliksik na ito sa pagpapahayag ng kanilang kaalaman ang mga suliranin na napapaloob sa pag-aaral na ito.Nakabatay sa mga marka ng mga respondente ang kanilang nakuha na ipinasagot ng mga mananaliksik sa kalalabasan ng pananaliksik na ito, upang malaman ang kagalingan at kahinaan ng mga m,ag-aaral sa unang antas ng kolehiyo.

This study covers the driver of two-wheeled motorcycles only. Motorcycles passengers were not included in the study because they are not operations of the moving vehicle.
