The focus of this study is on the Barangay tanods of selected barangays in Mangaldan, Pangasinan, their training, experiences and capabilities in relation to crime prevention. It touches the activities of the Barangay tanods for crime prevention. However, salaries benefits their families are not included in this study because it has no significance to the research.
