This study focused on the newly flavored Tupig such as spicy, chocolate, ube, and cheese. The researchers will no longer discuss the comparison and similarities of the regular tupig to flavored tupig in other places like Mangaldan, San Fabian and Manaoag.

The researcher focused his study in the operational standards and procedures of the Housekeeping Department of the Camp John Hay Manor Hotel. As observed, population rapidly grows as big industries continue to cater the demands and needs of individuals. Thus, Hospitality establishment felt the need to encourage development in finding out possible means to improve service concerning the needs of individual.

This was designed to develop a good operation for the MDC Restaurant. In this section the respondents are the students, teachers, faculty, employees and admin staff of Mettro Dagupan Colleges. They were chosen because they are our regular customers, that they know what the best things are for them, to satisfy the financial aspects of the restaurant were not included in our study. It focused on the Operational Aspects of the Restaurant including the three major areas- Kitchen, Counter and Dining.
