The researcher focused this study on the implemented youth programs of Brgy. San Jose, San Jacinto, Pangasinan in tems of livelihood, sports, and culture. Only the members of the SK and the youth of their barangay were include in this study.

This study is for development of an automated Inventory and Monitoring System for the Physical Facilities of Metro-Dagupan Colleges. The scope of the study is for the supply office of Metro-Dagupan Colleges and it included the Physical facilities of the said college. Physical facilities are furniture and equipment that are being used by the college for its daily operation.

This study is focused on the different security and safety measures that should be implemented in the beaches of San Fabian. These security and safety measures are important to protect the beach goers and also help in terms of income generation and financial gain for beach owners. It is, therefore, important that security and safety measures be implemented.

The researcher focused the study on the awareness of personnel and High School Students of Metro-Dagupan Colleges during earthquake that would strike anytime. College students were excluded by the researcher as based on the subjects curricular activities of Metro Dagupan Colleges such as NSTP101 (National Service Training Program) and NSTP102 where the students are thought and trained in disaster preparedness as well as in different survival situation, After this course, college students will be absorbed by the NSRC (National Service Reserved Corps.) 1, 2, and 3. On this subjects the students will be enhance for more disaster preparedness in various categories i.e. Rescue, First Aid, Evacuation, Crowd control, Fire Fighting, which will be more useful in their daily lives and could be applied when they encounter such as disaster.

This study covered policewomen with three (3) years and above in service in 4th congressional district of Pangasinan namely San Fabian, San Jacinto, Manaoag, Mangaldan and Dagupan City. The researchers chose the fourth district because the number of respondents not enough to determine the problems of the policewomen if only one municipality will be included in the study.
Policewomen with below 3 years in service were not included as respondent because their experiences and observations will not be sufficient to answer the questions about this study.

This study focused on the tricycle parking zone in front of public market in San Fabian, Pangasinan. It included the parking of the general public as well as the tricycle drivers in loading and unloading these wares, riding and waiting at the curb. It also included the prohibition under the municipal traffic ordinance that pertains to the parking zone in front of the public market of San Fabian, Pangasinan.
However, only the parking zone of tricycle drivers in front of the San Fabian public market was the focus of this study. Other traffic problems and scheme were not included in this study. The tricycle operators were not also included in this study since they were covered with it.

The intention of this study is to teach the students by the entertaining way, because of the old systematic way of teaching some of the students was bored. This study includes the topic and person who operate this program.

The computerized Library System focused on the transactions inside the library. The system included the list of books, search issuance and return of books, data on the availability of the books, updating of new arrivals and it can be used by the librarian, the library staff and the students and the faculty members who patronize the library.

The study was limited primarily to include records of every that are enrolled by their different collegiate course that are offended by Metro-Dagupan Colleges. This study included S.O. numbers that were issued by CHED.

The scope of this research was focused on the thirty-seven (37) first year high school students of Metro-Dagupan Colleges, Mangaldan, Pangasinan, S.Y. 2012-2013. This study only covered the difficulties of the students' skills in problem solving.

In order to have a clear view of understanding, this study was focused only on gambling both legal and illegal that is being practiced in Pozorrubio, Pangasinan, the laws on anti-gambling being implemented and the reported cases of it. Also, municipal ordinances pertaining to the anti-gambling activities and the corresponding penalty/ punishment for it are included.
Bettors, reason for betting, operators of the gambling activities is not included because they are not the subject of study. On the other hand, the participation of some of the bettors is only the respondents of the study. Their reasons for betting are not included since it is irrelevant to the research.
An action taken against gambling, however, is included since a part of the study is on the implementation of the anti-gambling law.

In order to make this study simple to understand, it is focus only on the advantages and disadvantages of the constructed pedestrian overpass in the three areas of Dagupan City. It includes the pedestrians' perception on using and disregarding it for their own safety. However, the design, the budget for its construction, the people behind its construction will not be included in this study because it is beyond the comprehension of this research.
