Abstrak: Ang pag-aaral na ito ay tumatalakay sa kasaysayan ng Ilog Agno mula pa noong sinaunang panahon o pag-usbong ng kabihasnan hanggang sa pagputok ng kolonyalismo. Gumamit ang mananaliksik ng “periodization” upang mas lalong maunawaan ang ginampanang papel ng Ilog Agno sa partikular na panahon. Gayundin, tinatalakay sa pag-aaral ang kahalagahan ng Ilog Agno sa heograpikal, kultural at pulitikal na aspekto. Naniniwala ang mananaliksik na ang sinasabing “paghubog ng kabihasnan” ng Caboloan o Pangasinan sa baybayin ng Ilog Agno ay naganap sa dalawang panahon lamang. Ang modernong panahon ay bunga lamang ng sinasabing “paghubog”. Maaasahan din sa pag-aaral na ito ang heograpikal na kaanyuan ng Ilog Agno na siyang bumabagtas sa iba’t ibang lalawigan ng hilagang Luzon. At sa mga nasabing lalawigan, ipapakita kung anong kultural o ekonomikong pagpapahalaga ang ginawa ng mga sinasabing ‘local settlers’ sa Ilog Agno gamit ang ethno-cultural mapping ng ilang iskolar.

This study covered only the 6 parolee/pardonees from the 4th District of Pangasinan, namely: Mangaldan, San Jacinto, San Fabian, and Manaoag. Only parolees/pardonees who had been released and are residing in the 4th District of Pangasinan six (6) months and below are considered as the respondents of the study. Their educational qualifications and their skills are considered in this study to determine the cause of their unemployment upon release from prison.

The study is inclined to test the utility of cornstalk as an alternative paper material in a define process of paper making that was adopted by the researchers from the Technology and Livelihood Development Center (TLDC).Particularly, the researcher used only the upper portion of the cornstalk for processing.

There were limitations in this study since only checkpoints in designated places in Mangaldan was focus of it. Policement in Mangaldan Police Station who are conducting various checkpoints were included in this study. Reactioins of the respondents, the perceived problems of both the police and the public were included in this study. An ordinance or law regarding conduct of checkpoint, if available, was included, techniques of conducting checkpoint was included.
However, this study was only confined in the Municipality of Mangaldan. Neighboring towns or municipalities or cities were not included since it is no longer within the area of responsibility of the Philippine National Police (PNP) of Mangaldan, Pangasinan.

This study focused only on the effect of the anti-drug symposium conducted by the PNP on the behavior of 4th year high school students of Mangaldan National High School.

The research study was conducted at Metro Dagupan Colleges. The extraction of "malunggay" leaves and other chemicals was done at the laboratory room of Metro Dagupan Colleges. Malunggay leaves were used as the major variable because these plants are found everywhere. Furthermore, this research focused on studying the effect of malunggay leaves on mosquito larvae for these organisms are believed to mature into adult mosquitoes that disperse everywhere, and the larvicidal treatment helped reduce adult mosquitoes' population that becomes a pervasive outdoor pests.

The main focus of the study was to determine the Crime Incidence in Mangaldan National High School: Basis for Crime Prevention Programs. The study included; Selected 150 students of Mangaldan National High School, 10 Teachers, and 5 Admin. Staffs.

The study is inclined to test the utility of rice husk as an alternative paper material in a defined process of paper making. The researcher was conducted at Metro-Dagupan Colleges during the first semester of the school year 2016-2017.

This study was intended to discuss the installation in different public areas in Mangaldan Town Proper. This contained some information on video surveillance technology, its use and application. Furthermore, it only attempted to know the importance and the need to have CCTV in Mangaldan Town Proper. Private establishments were not included and delimitates the specification of the CCTV Camera to be installed because the research does not intend to endorse any product of CCTV.
