Excerpt from Scope and Limitation of the Study:
The researchers aimed to assess the performance of the traffic enforcers of Mangaldan, Pangasinan, specifically those under the Mangaldan Traffic Regulatory Group (MTRG). Officers under the Philippine National Police (PNP) and Land Transportation Office (LTO) were not included in the study as they have their own specified duties and responsibilities in terms of traffic management.

The main focus of the study was to determine the Crime Incidence in Mangaldan National High School: Basis for Crime Prevention Programs. The study included; Selected 150 students of Mangaldan National High School, 10 Teachers, and 5 Admin. Staffs.

This study was intended to discuss the installation in different public areas in Mangaldan Town Proper. This contained some information on video surveillance technology, its use and application. Furthermore, it only attempted to know the importance and the need to have CCTV in Mangaldan Town Proper. Private establishments were not included and delimitates the specification of the CCTV Camera to be installed because the research does not intend to endorse any product of CCTV.

This study focuses on the respondents the studentsof Metro-Dagupan Colleges, high school and college just to know the level of awareness and the status of the implementation of the rules of Discipline to the student handbook. The study covers the discipline code being applied to all college and high school students enrolled at Metro-Dagupan Colleges for School Year 2014-2015

This study includes PNP Mangaldan and Barangay officials, asking our respondents to give some information about our topic entitled crimes against person that we all known that our respondents our knowledgeable about it. This study did not include the private personnel in mangaldan. The personnel are NUP (Non-Uniform Pulis).

The researcher focused the study on the Participation of Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) in crime prevention at San Jacinto, Pangasinan. The respondents were residents of the nineteen (19) Barangay of San Jacinto, Pangasinan. It did not include the functions of the SK chairman and its officials.

This study was conducted to determine the level of trust of people in Mangaldan, Pangasinan to the law enforcers. This research aimed to know how they communicate and cooperate to the policemen in solving certain issue and how contented our respondents to the performances and services given by the police. The study excludes the PNP personnel at Mangaldan as well as the Barangay Officials.

This study included the assessment of the behavior of college students who are enrolled and studying at the Metro Dagupan Colleges. This study assessed the behavior of college students upon entering the school campus. Behaviors of the students outside the school campus was not assessed by the researchers. Highschool students were not included in this study.

The study only focused on the implementation of the provisions of the San Fabian Municipal Ordinance No. 11-S-2004. It included the causes or reasons for non-implementation or violation of these provisions in the Municipal ordinance.
