The study focused on the degree of acceptability of the selected projects done by the barangay council of Libsong East, Lingayen, Pangasinan as perceived by the beneficiaries. These selected projects include: (a) road asphalting/ cementing; (b) street lighting; (c) drainage-making; (d) construction of day care school; and (e) construction of barangay library.

This study dealt mainly on maguey plant as a course of producing rope. Specially it attempts to find out if maguey present on the leaves could be an alternative materials for making a rope.

The study is about the disaster preparedness of the Municipality of San Jacinto on natural disasters like earthquake, flood, typhoon or storm and tsunami. The Municipality is far from the coastal area of San Fabian but there is still the tendency that rivers overflow which may cause flooding to other barangays of San Jacinto.
This study surveyed 152 residents of San Jacinto. The respondents were the barangay officials who are the front liners in times of disaster situation.
This study also included the programs and activities conducted by San Jacinto during disasters including the implementation Executive Order which is related to disaster management. Their equipments on standard operating procedure was also included.
