It does not include the records of violations coming from the Philippines National Police or the Municipality Health Officer in Mangaldan such as the number of violations caught since it was implemented.

This study was intended to discuss the installation in different public areas in Mangaldan Town Proper. This contained some information on video surveillance technology, its use and application. Furthermore, it only attempted to know the importance and the need to have CCTV in Mangaldan Town Proper. Private establishments were not included and delimitates the specification of the CCTV Camera to be installed because the research does not intend to endorse any product of CCTV.
