The study was limited primarily to include records of students enrolled in the different collegiate offered by Metro-Dagupan Colleges for School Year 2005-2006. Also, it is not designed to handle the scheduling of classes per semester.

The focus of this study is on the Barangay tanods of selected barangays in Mangaldan, Pangasinan, their training, experiences and capabilities in relation to crime prevention. It touches the activities of the Barangay tanods for crime prevention. However, salaries benefits their families are not included in this study because it has no significance to the research.
