The main focus of the study was to determine the Crime Incidence in Mangaldan National High School: Basis for Crime Prevention Programs. The study included; Selected 150 students of Mangaldan National High School, 10 Teachers, and 5 Admin. Staffs.

This study covered only the 6 parolee/pardonees from the 4th District of Pangasinan, namely: Mangaldan, San Jacinto, San Fabian, and Manaoag. Only parolees/pardonees who had been released and are residing in the 4th District of Pangasinan six (6) months and below are considered as the respondents of the study. Their educational qualifications and their skills are considered in this study to determine the cause of their unemployment upon release from prison.

This study was focused on the peace and order programs of the Barangay Council of Barangay Guiguilonen in Mangaldan, Pangasinan. Only the peace and order program was involved, the role of the barangays in maintaining peace and order in the barangay, the reactions of the barangay folks in these programs and administration of such programs to the community. Other barangays were not included since they have their own peace and order programs. The qualifications and the educational attainment of the barangay council were not included.

This study only focused on the implementation of some provisions of the Mangaldan Traffic Ordinance No. 60, s.1999. It included the causes or reasons of non-implementation or violations of these provisions in the traffic ordinances.
However, this study is only confined in this municipality, because other municipalities may have other traffic ordinances and programs in their area of jurisdiction. It will not also include other provisions included in their traffic ordinance being the subject of this subject.

This study focused on the security measures that are found in the public plaza of Mangaldan, Pangasinan. It also determined the effectiveness of these security measures in deterring criminal activities. However, only the public plaza of Mangaldan was the area of this study. It did not include the adjacent public places in Mangaldan specifically the church. It also excluded the personnel who are deployed by their agencies. It did not also include the different security agencies that are found in Mangaldan, Pangasinan.

This study includes PNP Mangaldan and Barangay officials, asking our respondents to give some information about our topic entitled crimes against person that we all known that our respondents our knowledgeable about it. This study did not include the private personnel in mangaldan. The personnel are NUP (Non-Uniform Pulis).

This study is limited only to security measures observed and implemented in the three subdivisions in Mangaldan, Pangasinan. It includes the security guards and the residents in the different subdivisions.
However, the security agencies and their administrators are not included in this study since they might have different answers. Contradicting answers from both groups answering the same questions may only invalidate the reliability of the responses.

This study coveted the total numbers of motorcycle accidents for the past five (5) years during 2004-2009 in Mangaldan, Pangasinan. However, it started to gather the data on the violations of the municipal Ordinance was approved and effective up to the end of December 1009. It included the number of violators who were apprehended and the kind of penalties imposed.

This study was only focused on the incidents/prohibited activities within the resolution of COMELEC during election time most specifically during 2010. It also included the causes of such activities as well as the effects of it to the voters.

In order for this study to be precise, it focused only on the reported cases only in Mangaldan Police Station, the common causes of the reported juvenile delinquency cases, thr number of convicted if there are any, the surroundings and the variables that are mentioned in the paradigm of this study.

This study included the assessment of the behavior of college students who are enrolled and studying at the Metro Dagupan Colleges. This study assessed the behavior of college students upon entering the school campus. Behaviors of the students outside the school campus was not assessed by the researchers. Highschool students were not included in this study.

There were limitations in this study since only checkpoints in designated places in Mangaldan was focus of it. Policement in Mangaldan Police Station who are conducting various checkpoints were included in this study. Reactioins of the respondents, the perceived problems of both the police and the public were included in this study. An ordinance or law regarding conduct of checkpoint, if available, was included, techniques of conducting checkpoint was included.
However, this study was only confined in the Municipality of Mangaldan. Neighboring towns or municipalities or cities were not included since it is no longer within the area of responsibility of the Philippine National Police (PNP) of Mangaldan, Pangasinan.

This study is about the evacuation procedure of the Barangay Embarcedero on Natural Disasters like earthquake , fire, typhoon or storm and tsunami.The Barangay Embarcadero is far from coastal area of San Fabian, but there is still the tendency that the rivers may overflow which may cause flooding to other Barangay's of the Municipality of Mangaldan, Pangasinan. Fire has its evacuation center nearest in the Barangay Embarcadero Elementary School.

This study was conducted to determine the level of trust of people in Mangaldan, Pangasinan to the law enforcers. This research aimed to know how they communicate and cooperate to the policemen in solving certain issue and how contented our respondents to the performances and services given by the police. The study excludes the PNP personnel at Mangaldan as well as the Barangay Officials.

This study was intended to discuss the installation in different public areas in Mangaldan Town Proper. This contained some information on video surveillance technology, its use and application. Furthermore, it only attempted to know the importance and the need to have CCTV in Mangaldan Town Proper. Private establishments were not included and delimitates the specification of the CCTV Camera to be installed because the research does not intend to endorse any product of CCTV.
