Excerpt from Scope and Limitation of the Study:
This study covered only the 6 parolee/pardonees from the 4th District of Pangasinan, namely: Mangaldan, San Jacinto, San Fabian, and Manaoag. Only parolees/pardonees who had been released and are residing in the 4th District of Pangasinan six (6) months and below are considered as the respondents of the study. Their educational qualifications and their skills are considered in this study to determine the cause of their unemployment upon release from prison.

This study was focused on the peace and order programs of the Barangay Council of Barangay Guiguilonen in Mangaldan, Pangasinan. Only the peace and order program was involved, the role of the barangays in maintaining peace and order in the barangay, the reactions of the barangay folks in these programs and administration of such programs to the community. Other barangays were not included since they have their own peace and order programs. The qualifications and the educational attainment of the barangay council were not included.

This study focused on the security measures that are found in the public plaza of Mangaldan, Pangasinan. It also determined the effectiveness of these security measures in deterring criminal activities. However, only the public plaza of Mangaldan was the area of this study. It did not include the adjacent public places in Mangaldan specifically the church. It also excluded the personnel who are deployed by their agencies. It did not also include the different security agencies that are found in Mangaldan, Pangasinan.

Although it is limited on the implementation some other studies were conducted to understand the deeper reasons of continuous smoking in public places and public utility vehicle, the reasons of failure in its implementation. The awareness of the town people and the approached of the smoker on the ordinance are included in relation to the study.

An ordinance or law regarding conduct of checkpoint, if available, was included, techniques of conducting checkpoint was included.
However, this study was only confined in the Municipality of Mangaldan. Neighboring towns or municipalities or cities were not included since it is no longer within the area of responsibility of the Philippine National Police (PNP) of Mangaldan, Pangasinan.

On this subjects the students will be enhance for more disaster preparedness in various categories i.e. Rescue, First Aid, Evacuation, Crowd control, Fire Fighting, which will be more useful in their daily lives and could be applied when they encounter such as disaster.

Problems Encountered by Policewomen in Active Service in Selected Localities of Pangasinan

This study covered all the 6 policewomen of the different police stations in selected localities of Pangasinan namely, Mangaldan, San Fabian, San Jacinto, Manaoag, Laoac and Dagupan City Town of Mangaldan, San Fabian, San Jacinto, Manaoag, Laoac and the City of Dagupan in Pangasinan were chosen as the place of the study because the researchers live with the vicinity of these places and it is more practical and convenient on their part to conduct the research here. Other police station outside this district were not included due to their distance and to financial and time constraint.

This study was intended to discuss the installation in different public areas in Mangaldan Town Proper. This contained some information on video surveillance technology, its use and application.
