Excerpt from Scope and Limitation of the Study:
This study was conducted to determine the level of trust of people in Mangaldan, Pangasinan to the law enforcers. This research aimed to know how they communicate and cooperate to the policemen in solving certain issue and how contented our respondents to the performances and services given by the police. The study excludes the PNP personnel at Mangaldan as well as the Barangay Officials.

Preparedness of Metro-Dagupan Colleges Personnel and High School Students in Dealing with Earthquake Disaster: An Assessment

The researcher focused the study on the awareness of personnel and High School Students of Metro-Dagupan Colleges during earthquake that would strike anytime. College students were excluded by the researcher as based on the subjects curricular activities of Metro Dagupan Colleges such as NSTP101 (National Service Training Program) and NSTP102 where the students are thought and trained in disaster preparedness as well as in different survival situation, After this course, college students will be absorbed by the NSRC (National Service Reserved Corps.) 1, 2, and 3. On this subjects the students will be enhance for more disaster preparedness in various categories i.e. Rescue, First Aid, Evacuation, Crowd control, Fire Fighting, which will be more useful in their daily lives and could be applied when they encounter such as disaster.

Problems Encountered by Policewomen in Active Service in Selected Localities of Pangasinan

This study covered all the 6 policewomen of the different police stations in selected localities of Pangasinan namely, Mangaldan, San Fabian, San Jacinto, Manaoag, Laoac and Dagupan City Town of Mangaldan, San Fabian, San Jacinto, Manaoag, Laoac and the City of Dagupan in Pangasinan were chosen as the place of the study because the researchers live with the vicinity of these places and it is more practical and convenient on their part to conduct the research here. Other police station outside this district were not included due to their distance and to financial and time constraint.

Respondents' Perception on the Installation of CCTV Cameras in Mangaldan Town Proper

This study was intended to discuss the installation in different public areas in Mangaldan Town Proper. This contained some information on video surveillance technology, its use and application. Furthermore, it only attempted to know the importance and the need to have CCTV in Mangaldan Town Proper. Private establishments were not included and delimitates the specification of the CCTV Camera to be installed because the research does not intend to endorse any product of CCTV.

Officers under the Philippine National Police (PNP) and Land Transportation Office (LTO) were not included in the study as they have their own specified duties and responsibilities in terms of traffic management.

This study covered policewomen with three (3) years and above in service in 4th congressional district of Pangasinan namely San Fabian, San Jacinto, Manaoag, Mangaldan and Dagupan City. The researchers chose the fourth district because the number of respondents not enough to determine the problems of the policewomen if only one municipality will be included in the study.
Policewomen with below 3 years in service were not included as respondent because their experiences and observations will not be sufficient to answer the questions about this study.

The study is about the disaster preparedness of the Municipality of San Jacinto on natural disasters like earthquake, flood, typhoon or storm and tsunami. The Municipality is far from the coastal area of San Fabian but there is still the tendency that rivers overflow which may cause flooding to other barangays of San Jacinto.
This study surveyed 152 residents of San Jacinto. The respondents were the barangay officials who are the front liners in times of disaster situation.
This study also included the programs and activities conducted by San Jacinto during disasters including the implementation Executive Order which is related to disaster management. Their equipments on standard operating procedure was also included.

Tricycle Parking in the San Fabian Public Market: An Analysis

This study focused on the tricycle parking zone in front of public market in San Fabian, Pangasinan. It included the parking of the general public as well as the tricycle drivers in loading and unloading these wares, riding and waiting at the curb. It also included the prohibition under the municipal traffic ordinance that pertains to the parking zone in front of the public market of San Fabian, Pangasinan.
However, only the parking zone of tricycle drivers in front of the San Fabian public market was the focus of this study. Other traffic problems and scheme were not included in this study. The tricycle operators were not also included in this study since they were covered with it.
