This study focused only in the crime prevention programs that were observed in Barangay Pogo, Mangaldan, Pangasinan. It included the participation of the police, barangay officials and members of the community in this crime prevention program. Furthermore, it also touches on the crime incidents encountered/ commited in this barangay.

This study covered only the firemen of the Mangaldan Fire Satation. It included the available firefighting facilities/ equipment , its condition as well as its adequacy.The number of fire personnel will also be included to determine the manpower of the fire station in relation to firefighting activities.
